But then the little voice said aren’t you ashamed of yourself, Mr. Hawking along with Wolf Blitzer*, Anderson Cooper* and Jon Stewart* have been attacked by cyber crime in one of the worst ways possible! Cybercrime has exploited his condition and made him the most spoofed celebrity in 2016! Too bad there isn’t some way he can get back at the low-life spammers at Inteligen*.

Cybercrime has exploited his condition and made him the most spoofed celebrity in 2016! Too bad there isn’t some way he can get back at the low-life spammers at Inteligen*.
Stephen Hawking, is an English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge. He’s been given every scientific community award and honor there ever was, and has appeared in the public hundreds of times from Late Night with Conan O’Brien to Doctor Who to The Big Bang Theory to Star Trek: The Next Generation to The Simpsons! (To name just a few!) His illustrious career is fully memorialized at wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Hawking.
Unfortunately he’s been a victim of a rare early-onset slow-progressing form of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as motor neurone disease or Lou Gehrig’s disease, that has gradually paralysed him over the decades. But the spammers at Inteligen seem to think you’ll believe his endorsement of their “brain enhancement” pill — enough to order a free starter bottle.
The sad part of this story is that people click before they think. The Inteligen spam cartel, offering affiliate fees for pills sold, sends this spam to lists of people’s stolen email accounts or botnet compromised computer contacts lists. So when you get the mail, chances are the sender is a friend or acquaintance and you believe they’ve sent you this link. The spam says something like “this is totally amazing, check it out…” or “Fred, you won’t believe your eyes, check this out” — then they provide a link to a website that immediately redirects to this image page … which in turn redirects to the Inteligen form to get your free pills. I’ve received no less than two of these spams nearly every single day during 2016 — more than any other spammed advertisement!
The saddest part of this story is the scam seems to work. If people didn’t click, the spammers would move on to another scam and leave Mr. Hawking and Mr. Blitzer alone. If people didn’t click, most importantly, maybe these sleazes would leave ME alone!
