It takes a special talent to boil an image to its essence, and then express it in uniform line — and Salinee seems to have perfected that skill to a high level.
Salinee Pimpakun is a UX/UI, Web Designer, and Graphic Designer from Bangkok, Thailand. When you visit her Behance page, you’ll find lots of other cool stuff including other icon sets to match this one, and, including some very interesting UI challenges! Her web site is dezainwerkz.com

Typography is impossible

Fred Showker's Creative Tidbits

This is a very good article by Marcin Wichary, Designer and typographer at Medium – aresluna.org … it’s important to anyone who writes code for the web — the practical guide to why laying out type never quite does what you want
You’re a front-end engineer… but at this very moment, you’re also a typesetter. It’s good work. Satisfying work. (As of a few decades ago, you don’t even have to worry much about lead poisoning.) There’s something mathematically, geometrically comforting and peaceful about filling boxes. Computers are good at rectangles. This should be easy. But you’re about to discover, or perhaps already discovered, that this is no smooth sailing. Setting type can be tricky. Type lets you get close, but it never quite does what you want it to do.
