Just in time for the holidays! Gerald Gallo is back with a unique new font, number 75, - Ornate Initials, Style Two, and we thought it was perfect for those occasions when you need a decorative initial cap, or ornate heading in the true Renaissance tradition. Ornate Initials ships in Macintosh and Windows PostScript Type 1 formats so you can use them confidently in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as all the popular desktop publishing programs. The reason I mention is that in Illustrator this font becomes very flexible -- convert characters to outline, then color their parts for a super full color "illuminated" cap effect. Jerry's paths are superbly drawn and you cannot go wrong. Note from the full sample that the font comes with two complete alphabets one with the floural decoration floating with an open initial, and the other in a boxed, solid character style. Visit Jerry in his virtual studios and see not only some of his graphic design work, but his full collection of fonts as well. Visit Graphics by Gallo, and see Gallo Casual, and some of his super icon fonts for Logos and Designs, as well as the all new "Chiseled" font!
