Repeated ShortcutKey toggles through tools
To set tool appearance
File ->Preferences->Display & Cursors
Caps Lock toggles tool appearance, to the precision tool version
Tab Key toggles Palettes off/on
Shift/Tab hids/shows all except Toolbox
Return Key (Win: Option) shows Options Palette for active tool (except Hand and Zoom)
Use Line Tool with setting "0" zero to measure objects. Results in Info Palette.
