Simply put, it enables users to convert InDesign CS5.5 to Quark 9 content, while preserving the elements and formatting of the original QuarkXPress document, including page positioning, color models, fonts and styles, images and more. Once installed, it is easy to convert InDesign: just select ‘convert InDesign document’ from the QuarkXPress Utilities menu.
