In this Photoshop tutorial, you’ll see another method of correcting colors by using the levels-adjustment feature and by sampling colors with the eyedropper tool. Author Colin Smith writes :
      As you can see, the image is lacking a bit of contrast and also has a slight color cast to it. It's really not that bad (or is it?), but just looks somewhat dirty. You will soon see a huge difference in image quality.

      Most good landscape shots relies on dynamic range. The amount of details in the highlights and shadows play an important role with the shot. Not all of us (myself included) are readily equipped with filters that’ll help balance out the exposure and while high-dynamic range (HDR) photography seems to answer that issue, most HDR attempts attempts by newbies result to very unrealistic effects that look downright tacky. It takes a lot of skill during capture and post-processing to create HDR photographs.

This tutorial uses a “non-destructive” and selective method for enhancing colors in a photograph.
      These techniques will make your images "finished" and professional. My main weapon is the Selective Color adjustment layer.
