Extraordinary murals by John Pugh

by Fred Showker

This is remarkable work by mural artist John Pugh, who excels in trompe l'oeil (trick of the eye) paintings. These are NOT real settings or environments, but rather paintings on flat walls. Pugh is currently working on a mural for a police station in California and also one for a recreation centre in Calgary, Canada.
